Our Portfolio
Residential Real Estate
Our residential portfolio primarily includes entire apartment buildings as well as selected high-end individual investment apartments. Most of these properties are situated in prime locations within Prague and Pilsen, providing our tenants with a high standard of living and convenient access to amenities. In addition, we own several properties in other parts of the Czech Republic and in Spain.
Commercial Real Estate
Our commercial portfolio currently focuses on industrial properties, primarily situated in Borská pole, Pilsen, one of the most sought-after industrial zones in the Czech Republic. This location provides our tenants excellent infrastructure, public transportation, and direct access to the D5 highway. We have also invested in a land development project in the neighbouring industrial zone of Doudlevce in Pilsen.
Completed Projects
A3 SPORT
We founded the company and, within 30 years, built it into a leading sporting goods retailer in the Czech Republic and Slovakia, with operations extending to Germany. The group achieved annual sales of EUR 100 million through an omnichannel mix of 80 stores in prime shopping centres and a strong e-commerce platform. It employed over 700 full-time staff and offered customers apparel, footwear, and accessories from 25 premium brands, including Adidas, Nike, Reebok, Puma, and Under Armour.
Exit: In 2022/2023, we sold the company to the Sport Vision Group.
